% Change

This is a great table to see how 2008 stacked up against 2007 by showing the percent change of key indicators. The biggest changes were the 24 percent drop in the number of homes sold and the 10% increase in the number of days it took a home to sell. Overall less homes were sold, less homes were on the market, they took longer to sell and average price seems to have dropped by a couple of percentage points. (Updated Jan 2009)

Price Sold

This graph shows us that inventory levels are close to 2007, but sales continue to track behind each month so far this year. (updated 09 July 2008)
